G-023-LD: Lia’s Dream

As she wipes away the thick make-up Raina becomes less grandiose, less flighty.  Lia can sense the mood in the room change as Raina becomes more the person she is familiar with; the air has presence, tension….weight.

Raina, who has been seated while Lia worked (when did she sit?) looks in a mirror, then up at her.  

“That’s a better face.”
