Oliver notes that he did not use the critical phrase, “You are being detained.” That is, Oliver is not under arrest.
He says, “Certainly. Would you like to do that now or call from the Cast?”
He points down the BC concourse where Oliver can see the Legion Public Safety symbol, indicating that the destination is actually fairly close.
“I’ll call from the Cast. Lead the way, sir.” When available I’ll make the call and request Dicard come to my location ASAP.
