To clarify what I meant by ‘nothing terribly secure’:  Oliver is basically trying to access MilNet through the LDA’s credentials.  It is allowed to write to and receive from a message server and not much else.  So the things he can access via that route are things available on MilNet that aren’t very secure, not that the connection is not secure.

Given that clarification, would he like to proceed?
