The turrets track between them and the remaining flare once they are about 100m from the building, but there is no firing.
They will be able to walk right up to the turrets if Oliver wants to go that far. Larger than the ones inside, and with longer, wider barrels these do not make a clicking noise.
I plan to do that and see if there’s an access panel anywhere.
