Lewisons-on-Concourse is located, unsurprisingly, on the main Downport concourse. It is a respectable establishment catering to the Dominion equivalent of the upper-middle class, ie, Silver tags with good jobs or perhaps the occasional Gold tag who works for a living.
The Resi Section is slang for the Restricted Section – Gold Tags, Dominion Administration or people having business with them. The jewellery store where she met South Walker-Cane and Prandial where she dined with him, the wine bar where she met Aston and the party venue were all in the ‘Resi Sections’ of their respective port installations.
She’s Curious as to how Lexi can get them into the Resi Section and will reply saying exactly that and that she looks forward to seeing how she will manage it. She’ll name a time that is around brunch time for her, being cognizant of how late it will be for Lexi.
