He doesn’t spot any further traps or dangers on the way to the control panel.

When he reaches the open area he can see in both the next set of partitioned roof bays that there is an access to the outside roof on each.  Both have been rigged with Claymores and unlike the one in the Waste Room these have not been detached from their trip wires; the shiny metal pin that was in the other Claymore is nowhere to be seen in these ones.

He can now also see another control panel for the pumps and tanks.

The control panel seems to be original equipment for managing power collection and distribution.  Attached to the pedestal is a newer-model router with several lines going into it and a line patched to the power equipment.

The screen displays:

There is a mechanical keyboard and several switches on the panel, including a master key switch with no key.
