Bob Whistler, the Mediary for ‘Zael’s’, sends her messages to Lia’s PubNet address (not her Winta page).  Occasionally those messages have links in them that open a PubNet page.  If there’s a link, it’s usually associated with a password.  The password changes every time – it is reverse engineered from the subject heading of the email it was sent in and Lia knows how to do that.  When Lia enters the password the actual message is revealed.

She has accessed Zael’s messages from public terminals in the past.
