I assume Lia is smart enough to realise she would potentially be shipless and can have a small carryall.
Lia buzzes to leave and is collected by a Warden who escorts her to the building’s front entrance, where there’s a Vizierate ground car waiting to meet her.
A uniformed Vizant opens the door for her and drives her out of the Vizierate complex past some light scrubland and then onto a major transit artery that takes her to the heart of the city, eventually pulling into the reception drive of the hotel she has selected. The Vizant opens the door for her.
Having pulled up in a Vizierate limousine, Lia finds the staff extremely courteous and respectful.

I’m not sure how many engagements she’s had with Raina. How many would it have taken before Raina presented the contract? At this point, you know her better than I do, how long would she have waited before ensuring she had regular contact with Lia? I’m happy for you to decide how many engagements they’ve had at this point.
On arrival, she will request a decent room with a spa bath if possible.
