“No, let’s see, pretty much every time we hear him speak, or someone else speak it’s over comms.  The suit wasn’t set to record any noises he makes inside the suit, so if he’s talking to himself we don’t hear it.

“We’ve got ‘External Mic’ at the start with the all-ship announcement.

“‘Comms’ with the gunner saying ‘Returning fire!’

“‘Comms’ again with the voice that says, ‘Captain, wait’

“‘External Mic’ on the conversation in their Control room.

“Except, both ‘Comms’ and ‘External Mic’ again from the gunner talking about the missiles.

“The Captain and the Engineer talking about the thruster is only on ‘External Mic’ so it must have been a different channel.

“There’s several times where the telemetry or the vid glitches where the timestamps don’t match.

“When we hear him speak for the first time, that’s ‘Comms’, as are all the entries after that – once they lost pressure the external mic is useless except…”

Gregar studies the files and Vid for a bit.

“I think when he’s shooting the external mic picks up the vibrations from the weapon through the suit.”

He pauses, “and, yeah, at the end, he’s on Comms.”
