The turret on the ceiling right of the door and against the wall swivels toward you, but you quickly pull your head back and it doesn’t actually fire.
Details of doors off this room as shown on the map are discerned by various members of the party to make up a composite picture.
However it’s pretty dark in there and beyond gross features, details are sketchy.
