3-052: At the Front Door to Argyle’s Lodge II

That’s a critical success.

Inside 30 seconds you hear a click as the internal locking mechanism disengages.  You can now open the door simply by turning the handle and pushing.

During the process of picking the lock, Oliver has an insight into the design; as a result, any further interactions with the security systems here will have a +2 bonus.

Chris asks, “do you wan’ me to shoo’ the turreg on the lef’ as soon as you o’en the door, or at Arg’l if he’s wai’g?”

He has his shotgun ready, his words are muffled because he too has a torch in his mouth.

Alan says, “what about the turret on the right?  On your map there was one on the right.”

Dicard says nothing, he is watching your backs as you face into the Lodge.

  1. Oliver Starr says:

I’ll put the torch in a pocket or something fast.

“I’ll get it half open, shoot the left until you’re confident it’s down. Then kick the door, duck back, halcyon and I will both try the right. I’ll stay down and on the left so come up and shoot over me.”

Are turrets exempt from Pacifist because it’s destruction of property and not damage of life?

I’ll draw and engage my weapon in my right hand and hold the door with my left. If everyone is ready:

    “Door opens on four.”

    “One… Two… Three… Breach.”
