E-466-Oliver: Merchant Freighter Spanial (Docked at Zarg’s World Highport), Control

Oliver suspects this is now ‘standard access’ and he’s not just locked down to limited Comm/Scan functions.

eg, If he wanted to route the Helm function to his console and try flying the ship out of dock, he probably could.

(Jennie would probably object to that though.)

With this level, he still can’t control other people’s access or do other admin tasks, but it does potentially open opportunities if he is feeling like getting into Spanial’s systems.
