Just inside the arrival terminal, waiting on a staircase where she can see the buses unload, is Jennie.

She comes down the stairs and meets the group as they head for the ticket booth.

She greets the group from a distance with a wave.

Jennie is a small, energetic, pretty woman with light brown hair, aged about 10.  

Having greeted the group she comes straight up to Oliver, “I’m Jennie, Spanial’s XO, you must be Oliver.”
