Charlemayne has not directly appeared in play, but Lia has met him and the memory appeared in play.

Charlemayne is one of Raina’s Lieutenants.  He is a tall pipe cleaner of a man with close-cropped curly blonde hair. Martell Bartman-Jira reports to him.  

Martell has described him as, “…alright.  Switched on, asks good questions, unnerstands da limits we work under… one of da reasons I like workin’ for Charlemayne, he gets dat dis job only ends in failure.  Not everyone unnerstands dat.”
