I would say Lia is acquainted with a number of Raina’s people without knowing any of them very well.

The one she has had the most to do with is Cinna Asterion, an older lady who projects a sense that she’s made of delicate parchment wrapped ornately around a sharpened steel trap – and when the trap goes off you’ll have plenty of time while you’re waiting for the hunter to arrive to read that the parchment has the blackest profanity imaginable written on it, but all in delightful penmanship.  

Cinna is the one that first bought Lia to Raina’s attention.
