I’m sure that somewhere in the Vizierate project mandate documents for the set up of this venture it makes a point of stating that the initiating reason, staffing profile and reporting lines for this project are totally not weird, and further, the project is so totally not weird that the Legion put a spy inside the Vizierate on a mission that already had a Legion liaison assigned.
