Alan says, “well, I can’t fly into the Separatist Jump Zone without authorisation from Fleet Command,” he taps his uniform, “regs.  I know this is a Vizierate mission but I’m still a Legionnaire.

“If you wanted to follow him to Nonoop, you’d need to find a civilian ship to take you and authorise them with whatever Vizierate rules bending you prunes can wrangle, just like the Vizierate found you and the others on this team.”

 

He shrugs, “there might be other options.”
