Project #67 is Argyle’s second attempt at his hidden network messaging system.
Oliver’s knowledge has surpassed what Argyle is researching at this time and Oliver learns nothing new from this project.

What does Oliver know about Legion systems? I assume he might know a bit from his former work with whatever crew he was shacked up with.
Primarily: Does he know if lights and electronic locks could be controlled digitally? Or would they all just be through wires and switches, not off a full network.
