I think it’s fair to say based on that result that Oliver has given little or no thought to any of the administrivia associated with operating a starship for the team of which he is now the leader.
Though the roll isn’t so bad that he has no idea where to look – he can hand over the docs now or wait until later.
Will he assemble the crew or just lead the Legionnaires through the ship to individuals?

Is leading through the ship unorthodox?
If not:
“Unfortunately, we’re running rather skeleton right now. Do you mind if we visit engineering and the bridge to see the crew?”
If the Legionairres agree he’ll buzz Chris and tell him to be ready in the bridge and buzz Malan to make sure she and Downer are in engineering.
Otherwise he’ll buzz everyone down and tell them Halcyon is on the Bridge.
