    “While a team can be successful as a democratic endeavour, I think it’s good to have a leader in charge to make the final call. I feel that, as far as you and I are concerned we are somewhat equal as far as ranking goes on this team. Dealing with beaurocrats and mining for information is my forte. Interstellar travel and combat situations as well as some other areas might be yours.”
    He straightens up. “While on the ship, in the absence of Dicard, I shall defer to you for instruction and leadership. I think it will benefit the team if we allow each other to take charge in situations that better suit an individuals skill set we will have a more successful dynamic as a team. What do you think?”
