Aboard the shuttle heading down are what looks to be a number of civilians, Bureaucrats and Legionnaires who look to be coming off Red Shift, a several members of ship crew (a bulk freighter with the Mercantile Bureau by their clothing) and a smattering of tourists.
She will amuse herself by playing visual footsies with people who interest her on the journey.
