Karmen rolls her eyes and jerks her head toward the shuttle’s airlock hatch.

    Lia turns to go, then hesitates and turns back to the Legionnaire.

    “”Perhaps…if you’d like to come with me? I could show you the manifest and you could check my tags inside.”

    She makes a slightly pouty face.

    “I have them on a bracelet and this…”

    She plucks at her sleeve.

    “…darn thing gets in the way.”

    She gives him a slightly shy smile.

    “If that okay with you, Head Sub Officer…” (Please assume Lia has addressed him correctly if I haven’t!)
