Lia packed some of it so you can over-ride me if you wish, but I imagine the alien items and information bits are in a hard cargo case (eg the sort of thing a band might carry their gear in, Spanial has several of these for just this sort of small, valuable, loose cargo transfer.)  I was imagining the case is stored at the rear of the cabin (basically where passengers put their luggage) and the biosamples and tags are in a similar case beside it.
