A-577: Merchant Freighter Spanial (Docked), Engineering

He walks past her to the engineering lift, his tail wrapping lightly around one of her arms in a ‘come with me’ gesture.

Assuming she follows they go down to the Habitat Deck where he leads her to his cabin.

“Ssorry, nnot much rroom.”

He opens the door and beckons her in to a tiny space that she can see is a jury-rigged airlock just inside the entrance.  There’s really only enough room for one person so she’ll have to squeeze in close.

He reaches over her shoulder and pulls a mask with a small oxygen cylinder off the wall, offers it to her.  Over his shoulder she can see his Felline-shaped mask on the other wall that he occasionally wears around the ship.

“Chust in xase you need itt.”

She can put it on or wait until she needs it, either way he will wait a couple of seconds then touch a control stud next to a meter that is currently reading 1.00.
