The Vizierate has some research ships that are that size. Legion Heavy Cruisers and Pocket Carriers are that large, and it has larger ships. Some of the big bulk freighters operated by the Trade and Mercantile Bureaus are that big, but that is about the maximum size for civilian shipping.
