“Thanks Lia, let’s hope he sees it like that.”

She’s quiet for a bit while she finishes eating.

After a pause, Ipan abruptly asks Lia what the best thing about being on the shipwreck was.

    It will take Lia a moment to answer. She is not comfortable with handing things over to Zayaire for several reasons and is struggling with her loyalties.

    “For me, the best thing was the idea that another lifeform had possibly been on the ship. That it, or they might still be there and I might get to see them, to interact with them.”

    She pauses and clenches her jaw.

    “I don’t think they took kindly to the missiles on board. That might be why they were attacked.”
