9-421: Pristine, Downport Administration

The tech says no, there is an airport and a seaport for long distance planetary travel but they are separate facilities, the airport and the seaport are just outside Clement Basin, not exactly co-located but not far from each other.  Anything for either of those places travels by road from the Downport; there’s a bypass road turn-off just before the city that leads around to those facilities.
