9-387: Pristine, Cable Bucket Service Road


If they stop the Crawler and examine one of the two-light poles it becomes apparent that this pole has a motor on it that drives that cable.  It seems that motive power for the cable is provided by a series of electric motors along the cable’s route, rather than, say, a big motor at each end.

Would Oliver like to get out and have a close look?
