He also exits the vehicle.
Ahead Cagnotti swings his leg off the skidoo and walks toward the PSO arms out and palms open, he doesn’t look like he’s showing that he has no weapons so much as he’s saying…
“You’re chasing me Cam? What the lizard is up with that? I pulled over because I thought you wanted to go past!”
…and his arms are wide in disbelief.
The PSO, whose first name is apparently ‘Cam’ or something similar, is standing arms akimbo and head tilted assessing Cagnotti.
“He’s just assisting me. Where did you get the vehicle?”
