It looks exactly like what would presumably be a baby Alpcow.
It whines at him again and then another head, very similar but with a different black-and-white splotch pattern, appears over the lip of the ‘nest’ in the corner and blinks sleepily.
Chris says, “they’re kinda cute…want me to shoot ’em?”
Oliver winces. “Babies… but if thats their only parent back there, we’ve probably already killed them.” He shakes his head, lowers his pistol and returns to the freezer room with the false cieling. On his exit he says “I’ll leave it up to you.”
