Usually a net message is addressed in a form of <person> [<domain>], eg Oliver Starr [PubNet]. Oliver knows that under the covers the name part is just an alias, and the person ID is used. If you know a person’s ID code you can use that as the address.
eg: F-203471-TZ-MLE-77-001-A [PubNet] will find its way to Oliver’s inbox.
However, the message address in Argyle’s message is not of either form: port 17 [?.DIAGLOCAL.PubNet]
