9-105: Pristine Wardenate Headquarters

Responses to Oliver’s Comments

“I think Argyle was selling pelts as an income…”

The Warden responds, “No record of it here.”

However, Oliver’s evidence both from the investigation at the lodge and the journals is that is exactly what was happening.

“Bobb-Jobethunt lived with Argyle for a while…”

“That’s another thing, at no point do I have an address for Argyle.  Do you want me to check something?”

Again, Argyle stated this in his journals.

“I think that one was in the news…”

“Yes, here it is, an article in the local DNN feed.”

The Warden Continues

“Two Cycles after his arrival on Pristine, there is a single outbound message on his PubNet account… that’s odd, I don’t know what that address is.  The content of the message is a single digit, a zero.”

“There’s a response message that’s come back immediately.  It’s a one.”

“There’s a second one on 211.298, to the same address.  He sent an exclamation mark.

“Again, there’s a response message that’s come back immediately.  It’s a minus one.”

“Other than that, there is no traffic on the account.”

  1. Oliver Starr says:

Oliver waits for approval from Dicard before giving her the address.

“Well, that sounds like a predetermined code of some kind. Be hard to find out what it means without any notes or information.
What do you mean you don’t know what the address is?”
