9-103: Pristine Wardenate Headquarters
The Duty Warden messes about with her terminal for a bit.
She basically finds the same information as was uncovered while Oliver was at MaPaCoA.
She frowns, and taps at the terminal some more.
Oliver can take the opportunity to remind Dicard about Chris’ tummy at this point, to which Chris grunts in agreement.
Dicard says, slightly absently, “yes, of course.”
Finally the Duty Warden says, “this file is suspiciously light, Vizier. It’s like this person barely exists.
“Our interfaces to local security systems suggest this person has not been through a security checkpoint since his mandatory identity document update in 209.
“I can run a financials check and query the Legion databases in depth, but it will flag that we are making the inquiry with the Legion.”
Dicard seems to be thinking for a moment, he glances at Oliver before responding.
“The Legion is already involved, sir. Perhaps haste now and politics later is a smart approach?”
