8-566: Spanial, Common Room
She looks at Lia curiously, then nods, “Good… looks like we have a Science Officer; who knew?”
She looks over some of the unidentifiable items with interest, then pauses and sniffs, “Have you been cleaning in here?”
Indeed, Lia’s scent-attuned nose will pick up a whiff of ammonia on the air.
Lia will stare at Jennie after the Science Officer comment and then laugh.
“Oh I’m not a scientist. Some of these are metals and I’m a jeweler, so may be able to classify them. I dabble in chemistry to make perfume and my equipment might be handy for running tests but my knowledge is hardly extensive…”
Regarding the ammonia scent, she frowns.
“That might be a lingering scent from the atmosphere on the ship. Or possibly they did encounter the Yarg.”
She looks excited and indicates the red strands and some of the other items.
“I’m curious to know if these might have been left by the other species. I need to run tests and see what I can rule out first.”
