8-378: Shipwreck Habitat Section, Decks 9 and 8

Noted.  

While Lia is looting, Karmen looks around a bit then ambles back out to the Spar Section.  

When Lia emerges Karmen has finished moving some of the damaged grating and other metal detritus away from Deck 8 and is just moving through into that space.

“Good, I was just about to call you.  Looks like damage up ahead here.”

Gravity-wise, as Lia moves up to Deck 8, there’s a sense of pull from above, as if suddenly she’s standing on a ceiling not a floor.  The effect is still very weak here through.

The first thing that she notes as she passes the deck mesh, which reflects her helmet light back at her and is difficult to see past, is that the elevator doors are open, and appear slightly buckled.  The car is not here though, and there looks to be a space beyond the shaft.  The shaft pressure doors are open, and an entry alcove with two doors, similar to what was on Deck 9 lies beyond.  The doors show signs of damage.

Ahead, there looks to be significant damage to what was the floor of Deck 7.

Karmen is standing in the space looking around, perhaps evaluating her options before choosing a place to investigate further.
