There is no such thing as a privately-owned public terminal.

Sometimes you can find public terminals inside a café restaurant or hotel room that is privately owned, but all the infrastructure is owned and operated by Dominion.

Can I assume he means, say, a terminal inside a café which has terminals with an outside connection and has them at the tables?

If so, that won’t be difficult in this area.  This seems to be an upmarket-ish area with lots of bureaucracy offices and amenities for the bureaucrats who work here.

Yes, sorry. Essentially he wants to find a public terminal that isn’t in a building that screams “Owned by vizierate/legion” etc. He feels his data is more safe there… though I assume there’s no difference.
He wants to ask Felicity for any files regarding the crash and death of Abbas Lozenge-Sok, including any technical specifications she can find on the vehicle.
