The standard money card issued to an F-class has a limit of ʄ5,000 (after consideration, I’m slightly modifying my rules on the Economics page.
People have higher limits for all sorts of reasons, especially those that travel. However, lots of people keep money in an account with the Dominion Bank and top up their card as needed.
That said, yes he can set it up like that: Let’s say he has two cards with ʄ25k limits, each maxed out, and one with a ʄ50k limit, currently just over half full. That seems the sort of thing a budding cyberterrorist might have acquired at some point.
The Dominion card has a ʄ10k limit.

Fromm picks up Alan’s duffel, presumably the one with the shotgun in it and prepares to follow Oliver to the taxi rank.
He says, “What are your plans?”
Out the front of the station, there is a taxi rank, with sections marked as F/S, H/O and G in, respectively, yellow, grey and brown paint. However, most people seem to be waiting at, or heading for, a nearby bus stop.

We’ll run with that for now. He might return his money to the bank after he feels he’s no longer edging on fugitivs status again.

Oliver will walk to the rank and stand an acceptable distance from the rank to not immediately gst a drivers hopes up.
“Well I’m hoping we just get to talk to this guy. Depending on how he behaves will determine the tone of that talk.” Oliver pauses. “Otherwise, if he’s not home we let ourselves in and find out where he might be.”
He looks Fromm in the eyes.
“I have the feeling you can be rather ‘I-might-lose-my-balls’ terrifying if you choose. Is that assumption accurate?”
