It’s not that long until Oliver would usually eat dinner. Chris seems to mean ‘let us head to the bar without delay.’
People seem keen enough on the idea despite some of the complexities, for example, both Erin and Fromm seem keen on the idea of a drink and dinner, just not with each other there; though neither actually say anything.
Dicard doesn’t seem clear as to whether he’s welcome.
Does Oliver want to say or do anything, or just let things play out?
Once he’s got even that luke-warm support from Oliver, Chris is out the door on his way to his favourite bar on the Rec Deck.
Dinner sounds good to Oliver then. Oliver turns to the crew, “Who else would like to join us?”
He’ll then follow Chris to wherever he’s taking them.
