Candour

“Hmmm, careful.  Wouldn’t want to get all soft and limp for lack of practice.”

Competence

She gives some descriptions of the people in question, asks if they match (they do).

    “Hmm. Good to know.”

    Candour:
    Oliver’s unsure about this one, he’s not so absorbed in computers that he’s oblivious to the nature of these comments (though I was thinking he might be). I don’t see him as being an overly sexual being, but having this woman in his pocket may be to his benefit.
    Work is work after all.
    “Oh I’m sure when I’m back into it the excitement will keep me going.”

    Competence
    “I can describe them for you, but these people seem like they’re just doing their job. Can I ask from a supervisor perspective after just complaining about not hearing enough from her staff, what happens to these people when you know who they are?”
