Oliver recognises that, Harrison is an old and prestigious House Name. In the Dominion, if someone says their name is Churchill or Kennedy or Onassis or Windsor you know they’re not one of 1000 clones in the phone book; there’s some kind of relationship somewhere to someone you’ve heard about from Junior History classes.
