I-260-Oliver: Spanial, Control (N-Space to Nonoop Nav Buoy)

Karmen responds, “it’s unusual, for sure.  We know the Separatist military patrols around here, that’s how we know their profile – spotted ’em before.  Gave us a start the first time they came on our scan.  First time they’re ever reached out like this though.”

Oliver can respond, though Karmen will issue an instruction to Ipan, “Respond in general.  Be non-committal.” 

I’ll wait to see if anything Oliver might say affects Ipan’s transmission.
