6-318: Administration Bureau Private Suite #3

In layout, this suite seems to be a mirror of #2.

The bedroom doors off the hallway are closed.

I the living area, Winta and Aston find the Assistant Secretary seated on the couches and chairs and talking quietly with two other men and a woman, a bottle of expensive spirits is on the coffee table and all have glasses in their hands.  Unobtrusive music is playing in the background.

“…situation is unpredictable so we will need to maintain a watching brief-“

The Assistant Secretary finishes speaking, stands and turns to Aston and Winta.

“Aston! Come in and sit.”  He nods, a slightly inscrutable look on his face, “Emerald.”

She seems to be welcome, although this is obviously business being talked by one of the rulers of this system.

Aston responds, “Assistant Secretary, thank you.”

He says, “Namaisa, in here, Aston.”

Aston nods, apparently pleased by the familiarity.

He gestures Aston to the bottle, and makes introductions, “You know Sylvia Bowie-Ngask, Planning Overcrat, of course…”

She nods.

“…and this is my friend Martin Willoughby, Martin is a Mediary for a popular worker’s club down on the surface.”

Martin raises his glass to the new arrivals.

“Pallias here, is just passing through, and I was delighted he could be here to celebrate my BirthCycle.”

Pallias is an older, non-descript man who gives them a waggle of his eyebrows.

“This is Aston Ziegler-Sim-Carrow-Narw, Undercrat with Trade and his delightful companion Emerald.”

Willoughby says, “Ah yes…one of the three Bureaucrat Z’s of Mundo Zargo!”
