He’s tall, thin, loose pale skin with touch of of asian but mostly caucasian in his genetics.  With wispy, greying hair that may once have been blonde and wearing light stubble, he looks to be aged in his early twenties.  His face is thin with a prominent pointed nose below a pair of watery pale blue eyes surmounted by bushy grey brows.

He is wearing one of numerous variants of Vizierate robes (think Charlton Heston as Moses in a dark violet).
