6-255: Administration Bureau Executive Conference Facility Amenties

Someone seems to have brought the birthday guest a seat and he is seated on a high chair in the centre of the room and still surrounded by an ebbing-flowing group.  His daughter has escaped to the dance area.

The show-dancers are still dancing and a small crowd has clustered near a drinks table and are watching them while drinking and chatting.

Servers are now offering more substantial meals and snacks as well as the light refreshments, and the party is settling into a predictable rhythm where the drinkers are starting to drink seriously, the dancers dance and the socialites flutter.

Adler has disappeared from her previous shadow location.

As Winta is looking around, the entrance sting sounds and an older woman (perhaps 25?) in an immaculately tailored Bureaucracy uniform suit appears with a stunningly beautiful and athletic younger man on her arm.  She steps directly off the entrance podium, is set upon by the gossip columnist, and apparently brushes her off with a throw-away line, then heads straight for Assistant Secretary Namaisa, her beau in tow.
