6-175: Prosperity Bar


Aston’s smile broadens at her eyebrow query, indicating approval.  He accepts the kiss on the cheek almost daintily, and she notes he breathes in deeply, tasting her scent as she is close to him.

He seems delighted at her attention to his studs, he enthuses, “They are lovely aren’t they, subtly sized, but I do think they almost make the outfit.  We had an independent in the offices a while a go and I negotiated a good deal for them.”

Lia will know he means an independent merchant, trader or shipper who was in at the Trade Bureaucracy offices. 

“May I get you a drink, darling?”

He waves his glass, “I am having a sparkling wine.”

    “You bought sparklies without my advice? You should know better.”

    Rolled a 12 vs 14 on Jeweler. Just to assess the quality, carat, cut, etc. I imagine that would be an automatic thing for her.

    “You can make it up to me by getting me a sparkling as well.”
