Gary is a skinny youth with spotty skin and a loud shirt (actually his driver’s uniform) who drives taxi-carts at Loyalists’ Rock outpost for Barny and Barny.

His cab is a six-seat electric cart with an articulated trailer for cargo trailing behind.

He is a decidedly loquacious young man.
