The Agricultural Bureau Liaison at the Grasslands Estate Facility is Male, stocky with a hefty belly, jowled face, and a web of small prominent veins about a bulbous nose that indicates a persistent fondness for alcohol.  His age is around 20, and he is about 178cm tall with a thick mat of wavy silver-grey hair on his head.  He is walking with a leisurely, shambling gait.

He’s wearing a business suit-like variation of the Bureaucracy uniform, though this particular set of garments have seen better days, and have begun to sag about the elbows and knees; the ends of sleeves and cuffs are looking a little thread-bare and ragged.  The insignia on the jacket indicates he is a SAG T with the Agriculture Bureau.

He took delivery of the alien samples from Foofor and the cargo container.  Lia never did find out his name.
