Arle Chino was a man Lia met while travelling from Argyropoulos to Captree aboard the Mercantile Bureau passenger liner Captree Traveller.

Lia originally tagged him with the moniker ‘Octant 6’ when she met him at dinner, based on his attire being in the style currently fashionable in Octant 6, later discovering his name as Arle Chino.  

Arle was well-dressed in cocktail wear.  His manner was extroverted, he was comfortable in his skin and expansive in his movements, for example, beckoning expressively to the Stewards for attention.
