Zandor Cafoney was a man Lia met while travelling from Argyropoulos to Captree aboard the Mercantile Bureau passenger liner Captree Traveller.

Lia originally tagged him with the moniker ‘PDA Man’ when she met him at dinner, based on him being engrossed in his PDA, later discovering his name as Zandor Cafoney.  

Zandor was clearly not socially confident and was probably on his PDA as an alternative to social interaction.  Aged about 10, he was wearing slightly unfashionable-but-neat casual clothes and Lia suspected that was probably his best attire.  It was not in keeping with current Zargionian (or Captree) sartorial tastes.
