Felicity touches Oliver briefly on the arm, she actually seems to be smiling slightly.

“I’m glad you’re with us Oliver, now I’ll brief you, and then you’ll have to take that off.”
She gestures back to the meeting table.
“I’ve mentioned the situation regarding your Rank and Role, and you’ve agreed to continue. That’s One.
“Two, we need to talk operational considerations.
“Three, there are some residuals regarding your Legion membership; pay, detachment structure, and so on.
“Four, and probably zero as well, any questions and clarifications?”
He will glance down at the arm that was touched then back to the mirror.

“No, I’ll wait until the end.” He’ll join her at the table if she moves over.
